The Lambeage Hall is a perfect location for many kinds
of events, with great features and benefits.


Great Photo Opportunities:

  • A fabulous location, with a large outside area overlooking Perprean Cove, which can also be seen from the hall and the kitchen.

Fully Licensed Bar Facilities:

  • At public and private events the bar must be run by the hall's management committee.

  • For private events such as weddings and parties, or any event where the hirer would like their guests to be able to purchase drinks from the bar, the hall offers a bar service where we provide bartenders and a stocked bar, according to the hirer's preferences.

  • If you prefer to bring your own drinks, this is fine but cannot be combined with hiring the bar. In this instance the hirer will need to provide their own glasses.

Hall Capacity & Equipment Available

  • The hall can seat up to 104 in a concert layout (i.e. rows) and around 80 seated at tables. The maximum number standing is 120.

  • 50 padded chairs and sufficient grey plastic chairs are available to reach the maximum seated.

  • Tables to seat 80 people.

  • Fully equipped kitchen facilities - 72 matching white place settings, including cutlery, crockery, water glasses/tumblers and mugs. Also salt and pepper sets, jugs, cafetieres, teapots, urns and pump flasks. Further place settings are available in yellow.

Stage & Sound

  • For events where Committee members are present, the stage area can accommodate many types of performances with excellent acoustics, digital overhead projector and screen, stage lighting and curtains.

  • For private events where hirers would like to use the overhead screen and projector, a member of the committee would need to talk through the system in advance of the booking. Any other sound system would need to be provided by the hirer independently of the hall.

The Lambeage Management Committee recommends that all hirers visit the hall in advance to ensure it meets their needs.


The hall may be hired by residents, groups, clubs and organisations, and others with a connection to Coverack, subject to availability and approval by the Management Committee. The hall is hired subject to the terms and conditions in the Booking Terms and Conditions and at the rates in the Hire Charges.
