The Heart of Our Community, Overlooking the Sea

Perched on the cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula and overlooking the beautiful waters of Perprean Cove, the Lambeage Hall has been the gathering place for the village of Coverack since 1922. Entirely volunteer-run, our historic hall combines local heritage with newly modernised facilities, providing an unforgettable backdrop for community groups, live arts and private celebrations.

What's New at the Lambeage Hall?

Thanks to the incredible support of our community and generous grant funding, we have recently completed an ambitions renovation project to bring the hall into the modern era whilst keeping its unique coastal charm.

"Access for All" Improvements: We now feature full level-entry access via a bridge, a modern platform lift, a new foyer with accessible facilities, and an updated bar area.
The Seaward Balcony: Our spectacular new balcony stretches along the ocean side of the hall. Large patio doors open right up to offer panoramic views across the cove out to Chynhalls Point.

Whether you are a lifelong resident of Coverack or visiting our beautiful corner of Cornwall, there is always something happening at the hall.

Did you Know?

The land the hall sits on is historially known as "The Battery".

In the late 18th century, cannons were stationed right here to defend the Cornish coast!

Looking for the perfect coastal venue? Lambeage Hall is available for private hire, offering competitive session rates for locals and visitors alike. It is an idyllic setting for:

Our facilities include a large main hall (seating up to 90 people), a fully equipped stage with professional lighting, an overhead projector, a kitchen, a licensed bar and an outdoor lawn with children's play area.
