COVERACK HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY

Every Summer the people of Coverack village look forward to the annual Horticultural Show. It is a very popular event with both residents and holiday makers.

This year's show is planned to take place on Saturday 20th August 2022. Doors open at 2pm until 5pm, with prize giving held at 4.30pm.

Entries include not just a full range of carefully nurtured vegetables and flowers but bread, cakes, conserves, photographs …and more! A great deal of work goes into the preparation for the event and a good turnout is always guaranteed.

A schedule will be published nearer the time, and entries are welcomed in a variety of classes:

• Vegetables

• Flowers

• Flora Art

• Domestic Classes including

  • Bread

  • Cakes

  • Preserves

• Photography

• Children's Section

Entries can be taken to the hall on the evening before the show between 6pm and 8pm, and in the morning from 8am to 10am.
